We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to take full ownership of our kitchen operations-someone who can lead the team, maintain excellent standards, and drive the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including: Managing kitchen operations and workflow Leading and developing the chef team and kitchen porters Menu planning, food cost control, and supplier management Ensuring HACCP compliance and food safety standards Stock control and ordering Maintaining quality and consistency across all outlets Working closely with senior management to support the hotel's growth Experience with Procure Wizard and Alkimii would be a strong advantage.
