Field Sales Manager
At PhoneWatch, we are expanding our direct sales department, and our field sales management team is essential to supporting the company's growth.
You will be responsible for managing your own office and leading your sales team with support from our senior management team.
A key element of the PhoneWatch approach is to recruit and develop the right people—those with the right skills, experience, and attitude.
We seek self-motivated, enthusiastic individuals with a will to succeed, progress, and be part of a dynamic sales team.
Full training, ongoing coaching, and development will be provided by our award-winning Sales Training Department.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver training and coaching to your sales team, supporting their achievement of excellent performance.
2. Drive sales quality improvements within Direct Sales by setting benchmarks in your training and providing leadership.
3. Motivate and lead your field sales team.
4. Set goals, targets, and incentives for the sales teams.
5. Act as a brand ambassador for PhoneWatch.
6. Collaborate with the recruitment team to hire top talent into your team.
