We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Social Care Worker to join our residential care team in Louth, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and reliable individual to provide high-quality residential care to individuals with intellectual disabilities. As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting daily living activities, including personal care, cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments, and community engagement.
You will also be responsible for facilitating education, skills development, and achievement of personal goals, as well as communicating effectively and empathetically with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* CORU registration (active)
* Experience in residential care
* Full clean Irish driving licence
* High standard of English and strong communication skills
* Positive attitude, reliability, and passion for supporting others
