Our client, a reputable medium‑sized Irish accountancy practice with multiple office locations, across Dublin, Laois and Kildare is seeking a Qualified Senior Accountant with strong experience in Irish practice. This role offers excellent exposure across accounts preparation, advisory work, and client portfolio management, with opportunities to contribute to the strategic growth of the firm.
Responsibilities
Prepare accounts and financial statements while managing a portfolio of clients and delivering high‑quality advisory support.
Plan and oversee audit, audit‑exempt, and project assignments, ensuring delivery within agreed budgets and timelines.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to enhance services and support business growth.
Mentor and guide trainees, contributing to their development and ensuring high professional standards across the team.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an Irish accountancy practice (essential).
Qualified or Part‑Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) with strong technical knowledge.
Proven ability to manage assignments, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and contribute to the strategic goals of the practice.
