The Role
As a Skilled Knife Operator in the Boning Hall, you will play a key role in processing meat products to Kepak specifications while working safely and efficiently at line speed.
This is a hands-on, physical role where precision, consistency, and attention to detail are essential to meeting daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out knife work within the Boning Hall to company specifications
Process meat products efficiently while maintaining line speed
Meet daily and weekly production targets
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality
Work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative
Carry out physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a boning hall or abattoir environment
Strong butchery experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting
Ability to consistently meet production targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfort with the physical demands of the role
The site has limited access to public transport
Reliable private transport is recommended
