Clinical Nurse Manager Role
Our client is an established hospital in Cork seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead their Theatre Orthopaedics department. This CNM1 Grade position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on management responsibilities and advance their career.
This exciting opportunity requires a strong background in theatre experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, leadership and management abilities, as well as good IT skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage and coordinate the delivery of high-quality patient care in the theatre orthopaedics department
* To develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the department
* To provide leadership and support to staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration
* To maintain accurate records and reports, contributing to the overall performance of the hospital
Requirements:
1. Registered on the general division of the register of nurses NMBI
2. At least 5 years post-registration experience with a minimum of two years nursing experience in theatre
3. Strong theatre experience and proven clinical and professional ability
