* Lead on strategic tax planning projects for SMEs and corporate clients, including restructuring, succession planning, and transaction support.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing tax team, driving business development initiatives and contributing to the firm's strategic growth.
About You:
* CTA qualified (or equivalent), with 8+ years' experience in practice.
* Proven experience managing both advisory and compliance projects.
* Excellent client relationship skills with a strong commercial awareness.
* Experience leading teams and developing junior talent.
