Key Duties: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and utensils to the highest hygiene standards.
Wash pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery efficiently.
Assist chefs with basic food preparation and deliveries when required.
Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and work areas remain safe and organised.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements: Previous experience in a kitchen porter or similar role is an advantage but not essential.
