Lead Reservations Operations
Oversee the daily management of reservations for a prominent hotel establishment.
* Coordinate and execute day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and professional handling of inquiries and bookings.
* Maintain accurate inventory records, forecast demand, and perform system updates to support revenue growth and maximize occupancy.
* Develop and train a team of reservation specialists to deliver exceptional service quality.
* Collaborate with key departments, including Revenue, Front Office, and Sales, to drive commercial success and enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Reservations Manager or senior reservations professional.
* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservation platforms.
