Job Description
A Site Manager is required for a large construction project. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering projects across various sectors, including education, recreation and leisure, residential and commercial.
Responsibilities:
* Candidates with either an engineering or trades background are encouraged to apply.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors and managing control programmes to ensure the timely completion of works.
* They must be experienced in preparing progress reports, chairing site meetings and communicating effectively with clients, architects and engineers.
