Job Title: Legal Professional
Job Overview
A challenging and rewarding role as a Legal Professional is available in a Dublin City Centre organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to Solicitors, maintaining accurate filing systems and preparing case documents for hearings and mediations.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain up-to-date filing systems, including notes from Practice engine.
* Prepare comprehensive briefs for hearings and mediations.
* Coordinate the preparation of pleadings for stamping and issuing by town agents.
* Monitor file progression and ensure timely completion.
* Provide technical assistance to Solicitors on Commercial contracts and corporate governance.
* Conduct searches (training provided) and acquire skills in conveyancing, particularly document preparation for refinance, purchase, and sale (Solicitor-supervised).
