A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Business/Process Analyst would be:
* Facilitating project workshops and meetings.
* Documenting project requirements and processes.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Analyzing business needs and recommending solutions.
* Updating and maintaining project documentation.
* Providing support to the project management team.
* Assisting with stakeholder communication.
* Identifying areas for process improvement.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst.
* Strong proficiency in Oracle Unifier.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Experience in managing project documentation.
* Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
Nice to Have:
* Familiarity with project management methodologies.
* Experience working in a support team environment.
* Knowledge of additional project management tools.
