As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Develop and maintain a strong team culture that promotes excellent communication and teamwork.
* Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures, including stock rotation, shrinkage controls, and food safety practices.
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow and achieve business objectives.
* Act as a reasonable key holder, protecting yourself and company assets at all times.
* Maintain accurate stock levels and replenish stock as required.
* Ensure merchandising standards are aligned with best practice.
* Maintain a clean and tidy store environment at all times.
