We are seeking an experienced document management professional to join our team in Kerry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining and updating office management systems, including policies, procedures, and project drawing registers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling BCAR documentation and O&M Manuals, utilizing electronic document management systems to control critical documents, manage data flow, and ensure proper upload of completion certificates.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator to support the Information Systems Lead in implementing Vision Built systems and processes across all projects, focusing on the Common Data Environment and Digital Field Tool integration.
About the Role:
* Maintain and update office management systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Compile BCAR documentation and O&M Manuals, meeting high standards
* Use electronic document management systems to control critical documents and data flow
* Support the implementation of Vision Built systems and processes
Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience with MS Office, Teams, Viewpoint, SharePoint, Adobe PDF, PDF Exchange
* 4+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment, preferably in construction or manufacturing
* Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
