Quality Assurance Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team in managing our Quality Management System. The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in health, social care or quality management and at least one year's experience working in a social care setting.
About the Role
* Implement quality systems in place in residential services to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Participate in audit schedules including on-site audits in residential centres and day services.
* Collect, analyze and monitor quality assurance data, KPIs and emerging trends.
Requirements
* Third-level qualification in health, social care or quality management.
* At least one year's experience working in a social care setting.
* Experience implementing a quality system in a care environment.
* Good knowledge of risk management and incident management & review.
* Knowledge and experience in HIQA regulations, standards and inspections.
