About This Role
We are seeking an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
* As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will provide outstanding customer service and support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently. You will work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the clinical team in managing patient appointments and treatment plans.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries via email and phone.
3. Communicate effectively with new and existing patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.
4. Manage diary appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain strong relationships with local practices and GDP referrers.
5. Perform general administrative duties, including dealing with post and deliveries.
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
