The Business Operations Specialist will provide administrative and operational support to management, coordinating projects, and ensuring business processes run efficiently.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Support management with the coordination of business operations and projects.
* Act as a central point of contact between departments to ensure smooth communication.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use.
* Assist in the planning and execution of meetings, events, and business initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records and databases to support operational efficiency.
* Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
* Provide general administrative support to senior management as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a business coordination, administrative, or project support role.
* Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
