Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Interact with each customer with great pride, passion and care and inspire shoppers through knowledge and expertise.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs
* Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible
* Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

About the locality:
We are seeking Full Time staff to work on our shop floor in both Ambient & Fresh areas.The shift times involved would not suit full-time students.
The positions includes shifts between 6am and10pm (there are earlier shifts and later shifts around Christmas and busy times).
The shifts are mostly 7.5 hours long.
These positions includes 5 shifts per week.
The 5 shifts are over the 7 days of the week.
