Leisure Attendant (Part‑Time)
We are looking for a Leisure Attendant on a Part Time basis to join our team at Aura Navan.
Responsibilities
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Deliver the highest standards of classes (Swim, Fitness or both) that will motivate and inspire our members
Provide valuable feedback to our members to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals
Adhere to our Healthy and Safety policies and procedures at all times
Ensure excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Be an Aura ambassador and represent the company with a professional approach and attitude
Make your passion your profession and help Aura to achieve a healthier and happier Ireland
Qualifications
RLSS Pool Lifeguard or IWS Pool Lifeguard Qualification
STA, IWS or SI Swim Teacher qualification or NCEHS / NCEF Fitness Instructor Qualification (choose one or both)
Passion for the health and fitness industry
Willingness to train and qualify in all three disciplines listed
Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people
Desirable: previous experience in instructing classes (Swim, Fitness or both)
Flexible in relation to hours/days: morning, afternoon and night shifts both weekdays and weekends available
Fluent English requiredLegally entitled to work in Ireland
