We are recruiting an experienced Skilled Operative to join our ventilation team to work on a wide range of energy efficiency retrofit projects in the Mayo/Sligo/Galway region, with the primary responsibility of carrying out electrical wiring, testing, and commissioning of heat pumps, solar PV installations, and mechanical extract fans, amongst other works

Key Responsibilities:
* Completing preparation works, including covering up and putting floor protection in place
* Coring of new background and permanent wall vents using wet and dry coring equipment
* Installation of background, permanent, and demand-controlled wall vents
* Installation of roof ventilation
* Carefully lifting floor finishes and installing ridgedbox ducting
* Installation of centralised ventilation fan units
* Reinstatement of all floor and wall finishes
* Cleaning up all work areas and making good
* Snagging and handover.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in general construction or a similar role
* Have previous experience or be familiar with the SEAI Codes of Practice
* Professional, honest, hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy
* Be thorough and pay attention to detail
* Clean and tidy tradesperson
* Applicants must have good English
* Safe Pass
* Full clean driving license (B)
