The Opportunity
We are looking for a Customer Success AI Systems & Operations Specialist to lead the development and deployment of agentic AI agents and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and deploy agentic AI agents to support onboarding, adoption, renewal, risk mitigation, and expansion.
* Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and leadership to identify processes suitable for AI augmentation.
* Lead configuration, integration, and optimisation of ChurnZero and other customer success platforms.
* Develop strategies for continuous learning and improvement of AI agents.
* Analyse data insights to proactively identify churn risks, upsell opportunities, and customer health signals.
* Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support to align AI initiatives.
* Train the Customer Success team to effectively leverage AI agents.
* Drive operational improvements through process optimisation, automation, and reporting.
* Stay updated with emerging trends in AI and customer success technologies.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* 2+ years of experience with AI or automation technology, ideally with agentic AI.
* Strong understanding of Customer Success workflows and SaaS subscription models.
* Experience with ChurnZero and workflow automation.
* Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with operational improvements.
* Proficient in data analysis, metrics evaluation, and actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
* Self‑driven, innovative, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
