What You'll Do
Create brand identities, visual systems and design assets across print and digital
Translate strategic ideas into clear, compelling creative
Develop campaign concepts, layouts, presentations and pitch work
Support the team in refining guidelines, toolkits and brand worlds
Learn and contribute to user-centric and AI-enabled design approaches
Participate in critiques, workshops, and cross-discipline collaboration
Bring energy, ideas and ambition to every project

As a Designer at RichardsDee, you'll work across brand identity, campaigns, digital design, guidelines, and real-world applications.
You'll collaborate with strategists, writers, designers and client teams to bring brands to life in thoughtful, creative and impactful ways.
