Role Overview
The ideal candidate will handle inbound sales inquiries, manage the sales process for new prospects, and deal with customers' queries face to face, over the phone, or via web chat.
This role offers a complete range of insurance products including car, van, motor, house, farm and more.
Key responsibilities include handling customer queries, offering insurance products, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment.
* Manage the sales process from initial contact to policy completion

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, excellent communication and telephone skills, along with proficiency in administration. You should also be working towards relevant insurance or financial qualifications, including APA, QFA, CIP, or grandfathered status.
