Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (CNM3) role involves overseeing the Oncology and Haematology Department with a focus on efficiency and high patient care standards. Key responsibilities include managing staff, participating in nurse management teams, and contributing to service development.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and services. The ability to develop cost-effective solutions, work with suppliers, and maintain equipment is also essential. Additionally, you should be able to foster a clinical learning environment and supervise student assessments.
You will also be responsible for analysing patient flow and directing staffing resource allocation out of hours as part of the Senior Nurse Management Team. This requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
