Site Management Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our field service operations in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the business, driving a culture of safety and quality, and leading their team to achieve key milestones.
About the Role
* Direct and manage activities for our customer site, including people management, customer satisfaction, and budget management.
* Drive a culture of safety and quality by setting clear processes, empowering safety ownership, and ensuring consistent use of systems across onboarding, training, operations, and continuous improvement.
* Establish a culture of business ownership and growth by expanding market share, supporting business unit sales, holding weekly cross-functional reviews, and implementing a multi-level engagement model.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant discipline.
2. 7-10 years plus of relevant experience in the semiconductor or related industry.
3. Extensive expertise in strategic planning and business analytics.
4. High level Customer Management experience.
5. Demonstrated ability to build, lead, inspire and motivate teams.
