Balcony Installer – Site Work (Dublin-based)

Salary: €35,000–€45,000 (depending on experience)

Extreme Balconies is a leading manufacturer and installer of balcony systems, known for our precision engineering, high-quality workmanship, and reliable delivery. We are expanding our site installation team and are looking for experienced installers to work on high-profile projects across Dublin.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of steel and aluminium balcony systems on construction sites. This is a hands-on role that requires strong practical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work from technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
* Install steel and aluminium balcony systems on site in line with project specifications
* Read and interpret site drawings
* Work independently and as part of a team to meet installation deadlines
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in all work carried out
* Adhere to all safety protocols, particularly when working at heights
* Collaborate effectively with project managers, site teams, and other trades
* Handle and operate site tools and equipment safely
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in site installation of steel, aluminium, or carpentry work
* Ability to read and understand fabrication/site drawings
* Valid Safe Pass is a bonus
* Additional certs (Manual Handling, MEWP, Working at Heights, Abrasive Wheel) are an advantage – training can be provided
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Full valid driving licence an advantage
* Good problem-solving skills and ability to work to deadlines
Schedule
* Monday–Thursday 07:00-16:00
* Friday 07:00-15:30
