Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for clients with a varying number of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll calculations for clients with 1 to 300 employees.
* Handle multiple payments and deductions, including basic salary, overtime pay, holidays, sick leave, pension, employee health insurance, and bike-to-work schemes.
* Prepare working papers and provide calculations as necessary.
* Manage complex payrolls and respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and take ownership of multiple payroll entities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* At least 3 years' experience in payroll management, preferably using Micropay.
* Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of CSV file imports.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and accuracy.
* A strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
