Project / Process Engineer - Based in Enniscrone, Co Sligo
Due to continued growth in our contract Injection moulding business INMO TECH Ltd is now recruiting for a Full Time Project/ Process Engineer.

We are a contract injection moulding company established in 1985 in Enniscrone, Co Sligo. Today over 80% of our customers are in the Medical/Healthcare industry sectors. Over the years we have established an excellent reputation in precision moulding of technically challenging products, reliability, quality and customer service .
Requirements/Duties
* Manage projects including new product / process Introduction (Medical Devices)
* Process Qualification (IQ, OQ & PQ), with technical report writing
* Mould Setup (Setup and validation of new machinery, moulds, automation and auxiliary equipment)
* Work on ongoing Continual Improvement projects (product quality, productivity, production OEE, sustainability & energy efficiency)
* Maintain records for all activities to ISO 13485 standard
* Assist in Root Cause analysis / NCR / CAPA reporting
* Use of Process control software (RJG eDart / Co-Pilot & Kistler Systems)
* Assist with maintenance activities for moulds & machinery
* Assist the Engineering Manager in any other ad-hoc duties/requirements.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Polymer or a related Engineering discipline.
Experience
* 3 years experience in a similar role
* Experience in injection moulding would be advantageous
Skills & Technical Knowledge
Experience in the following fields would be a distinct advantage:

* Injection Moulding Processes & Tools
* Medical Device Validations
* Experience in high volume medical manufacturing
* Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical principles.
* PLCs / Controllers
* Solidworks / CAD
* ISO 13485 Standard
