Some details about your department
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with experience in advertising environments to join the Cloud for Marketing team.
This role is both operational and strategic, with direct responsibility for data analysis projects related to media and marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital advertising, be capable of managing end-to-end projects, and feel comfortable engaging with clients to identify opportunities, present results, and propose actionable solutions.
You will work closely with strategy, media, and technology teams to ensure that data usage directly contributes to improving advertising and marketing performance, as well as the client's decision-making process.
What we'd like you to do
Lead and execute measurement projects for agency clients (segmentation, attribution, campaign measurement, etc.).
Actively participate in client meetings: gathering briefs, presenting results and proposals.
Supervise and validate the technical work of junior or support technical profiles.
Build predictive or optimization models tailored to the client's marketing objectives.
Identify opportunities for improvement or innovation in the use of data in campaigns.
Ensure quality, rigor, and clarity in all deliverables and presentations.
Translate client needs into viable technical solutions with business-oriented vision.
What we'd like you to bring
5+ years of experience in data science.
Experience working in a media agency, consultancy, or similar environments.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and analytical tools.
Strong ability to communicate complex insights clearly and in a client-adapted manner.
Experience leading projects and supervising technical profiles.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge in marketing mix modeling, econometrics, or advanced attribution techniques.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform environments.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
