AQMetrics is looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to join our People and Culture team in supporting our employees across global locations.
You will help guide the design, development and support all training requirements across AQMetrics.

What you will do:Focus on developing and delivering training programs related to regulatory technology solutions at AQMetricsOn boarding new employees and associated trainingGlobal training responsibilities for US, UK and Luxembourg employeesContinuously assessing training needsCreating educational materials, and ensuring employees stay updated on compliance, risk management, and regulatory reportingReviewing and selecting training partners and providersManaging training budget and financial planningEvaluating training effectiveness and maintaining detailed recordsMaintain records of training activities and report on progress and areas for improvementDegree in Human Resources or related disciplineMinimum 2-3 years' experience in a training focused roleAbility to prioritise, multitask and work effectively within a team in a deadline-driven environmentStrong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and build relationships both internally and externallyA proactive and inquisitive approach toward new challenges and problem-solvingFull or part-time workOpportunity to be part of something special, AQMetrics is growing and we want you to be part of our journeyPeople-centric cultureCompetitive salaryUpskilling opportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgrammePension schemeHealthcare for employees and their familiesFlexible workingBike to Work schemeActive social club with events throughout the yearFull or part-time workWhat our Interview Process is Like:Step 1- After you apply, our HR Manager may reach out to you for an introductory call
