Position:
Overview of Role:
This role consists of and is not limited to the below responsibilities. The Warehouse Operative will have a wide knowledge of the processes and procedures within the logistics function.
Main Responsibilities are not limited to but will include:
* Receive and inspect goods
* Process receipts on the ERP system
* Warehouse standards/Housekeeping
* Keeping to daily SLA and KPIs
* Drive the reach truck/ man up truck/ forklift /PPT
* Opening pallet boxes
* Transport stock from pallet to shelves
* Preparation of international orders i.e. Scan serial numbers and shrink wrap pallets
* Yard duties
* Health and Safety Standards
Requirements:
Essential Skills/Experience:
* Ability to work under pressure within a team environment
* Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills
* Ability to meet deadlines
* High attention to detail and thorough execution
* Counter Balance License
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Ideally you will need to be educated to leaving certificate or higher. We would also be looking for the following attributes:
* Ability to work under pressure
* Enthusiastic, flexible and dependable
* Punctuality a must
* Have good attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
