Project Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading civil and environmental design teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
* Supervise and mentor senior and junior staff members
* Prepare high-standard technical reports and tender documentation
* Plan and manage design activities in collaboration with Project Directors
* E nsure all work complies with internal quality assurance processes and relevant health and safety regulations
* Coordinated effectively with other team members across disciplines
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related discipline, with Chartered Engineer status and a minimum of 15 years' post-graduate experience in design and project management. They must also have proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary design teams, strong experience in engaging with clients, external stakeholders, and sub-consultants.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should possess the following skills:
* Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related discipline
* Chartered Engineer status
* Minimum 15 years' post-graduate experience in design and project management
* Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary design teams
* Strong experience in engaging with clients, external stakeholders, and sub-consultants
