* The ability to teach grade 8-12 Afrikaans FAL.
* Possession of suitable academic and professional qualifications.
* Valid registration with SACE.
* The willingness and ability to subscribe to the Catholic ethos of Springfield.
* The willingness to contribute positively to the extramural and administrative requirements of the school.
