We are seeking dedicated individuals to work with service users in Dublin, Swords.
As a key worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and delivery of person-centred plans.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing community partnerships to foster active citizenship in line with service user goals and wishes
* Transporting service users to access the community
* Performing weekly administration, advocacy, and liaison with families
The ideal candidate will have:
* A relevant QQI qualification (minimum Level 5 in Healthcare or relevant)
* Experience working with service users in the disability sector
* A full clean manual driving license with access to own vehicle for work purposes
* An excellent command of spoken and written English
* Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a relevant sector
