We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Health and Safety Officer to join our team. As a key member of our health and safety department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our staff.
* Maintain accurate records of incidents, risk assessments, and safety inspections. This includes documenting all near misses, injuries, and illnesses that occur within the workplace.
* Assist in organizing training sessions for staff on various aspects of health and safety including fire evacuation procedures, first aid techniques, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
You will also be responsible for preparing and distributing regular safety communications reports to keep employees informed about potential hazards and necessary precautions.
