Shape a Safer Digital Space as a Social Media Content Analyst

As a Social Media Content Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing community guidelines, and staying updated on clients' products and community standards.
You'll use your regional insights to provide scalable solutions and support the online community, analyse data to continuously enhance user experience, spot trends, and escalate critical issues to the global team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve reported issues via our ticketing system
• Enforce community guidelines by addressing reports of abuse on the platform
• Stay updated on clients' products and community standards
• Use regional insights to provide scalable solutions and support the online community
• Analyse data to continuously enhance user experience
• Spot trends and escalate critical issues to the global team
Requirements:
• Fluency in Lithuanian (C1/C2) and English (C1)
• A valid EU passport
• In-depth cultural understanding and awareness of current affairs in the region
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
Working Conditions:
This role may involve reviewing sensitive content, so working from our office in Dublin is essential.
