About the Role
As Sales Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our sales department — making sure every new and used vehicle sale is processed accurately, efficiently, and with care.
You'll support our Sales Executives and management team, help our customers enjoy a smooth buying experience, and keep everything running like clockwork behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Process all new and used vehicle orders accurately from start to finish.
Prepare invoices, registration documents, and delivery paperwork.
Liaise with Sales Executives, Service, and Accounts to ensure smooth communication and handovers.
Maintain and update customer and vehicle records in our dealer management system.
Coordinate with finance and insurance providers to ensure correct documentation is in place.
Monitor stock levels and vehicle movements, ensuring records are always up to date.
Assist in preparing vehicles for delivery and ensure customer packs are complete.
Support with sales reporting, compliance checks, and general admin duties for the sales team.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a similar Sales Administration role (motor trade experience an advantage, but not essential).
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work accurately in a busy environment and meet deadlines.
A genuine interest in providing top-quality customer service.
Full clean driver's licence preferred.
