HR Officer Job Overview
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to join our team as an HR Officer.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver training and support ongoing colleague development.
* Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and guidance to colleagues and management.
* Maintain a positive working environment and promote a strong customer-focused culture.
* Lead regular communication briefings in line with company strategy.
* Manage absence, timekeeping, grievance, disciplinary matters, and employee relations issues.
* Ensure compliance with all HR policies and relevant employment legislation.
* Oversee and complete weekly payroll processes for the site.
* Work closely with central HR teams on procedural matters and policy implementation.
* Drive high levels of employee engagement and consistency across the branch.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Strong background in HR Generalist roles.
* Knowledge of current ROI employment legislation.
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) highly desirable.
* Proven experience implementing HR policies and managing recruitment, absence, and employee relations in an ROI organisation.
