Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will oversee the installation of complex facade systems on large-scale residential sites in Dublin. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that these systems are delivered to the highest standards of safety and weather-tightness.
The role involves managing day-to-day installation operations, coordinating specialist sub-contractors, and conducting rigorous inspections to guarantee quality compliance. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving technical interface issues between the facade and primary structure.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation Oversight: Manage the day-to-day on-site installation of facade systems, ensuring all work aligns with approved design drawings and technical specifications.
* Sub-contractor Management: Lead and coordinate specialist facade sub-contractors, ensuring clear communication of project milestones and quality expectations.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous inspections of brackets, fixings, seals, panels to ensure 100% compliance with Building Codes And Regulations (BCAR).
