Job Title: Payroll Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for managing and processing all aspects of the payroll function.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions. Your expertise in payroll processing, time and attendance systems, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations will be essential in maintaining our high standards.
Your responsibilities will include full accountability of our payroll system, dealing with payroll-related queries from supervisors and employees, and registering new employees on to our time management system.
You will also be responsible for daily monitoring and updating of our in-house time and attendance system, running appropriate daily reports for the shop floor, and facilitating company/employee payments/expenses through online banking software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
* Competent with Microsoft Office
* Experience of high-volume payroll processing in a production/manufacturing setting
* Experience of administering a high-volume weekly payroll
