Conaty Food and Catering Supplies, one of Ireland's leading suppliers into the hospitality industry are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Team Leader to manage and grow our customer base across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the Internal Sales Team to consistently achieve KPIs and performance targets
* Drive daily execution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales strategies
* Act as the main point of contact for team performance, issues, and escalations
* Team Performance & Coaching
* Monitor individual and team performance and address underperformance early
* Provide regular coaching, feedback, and direction to improve sales results
* Conduct structured monthly 1:1 meetings with all team members
* Support onboarding, training, and probation reviews alongside the Sales Manager
* Work closely with Sales Manager and internal teams to improve performance and processes
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, structure, and ways of working
* Play a key role in the ongoing growth and development of the Inside Sales function
Sales Planning & Meetings
* Prepare the team for weekly sales strategy meetings
* Chair weekly mid-week progress meetings to track execution of agreed action
* Hold weekly performance check-ins with the Sales Manager
* Operational & Admin Oversight
* Ensure all Inside Sales admin tasks are completed accurately and on time
Key Skills and Competencies:
* Experience working in a telesales/sales role
* Experience working in the Catering, Hospitality or Food Services industry
* Strong interpersonal and telephone skills are a must
* IT, time management and organizational skills are essential for this role
