Job Description:
This role plays a vital part in managing and implementing building services. As Building Services Manager, you will work closely with project managers and subcontractors to oversee electrical/mechanical activities, manage resources efficiently, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycle, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
* Liaise with mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, lift, and technical specialists sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
* Inspect installation works against approved quality plans, guaranteeing compliance and safety.
* Monitor programmes and review installation progress, identifying areas for improvement.
* Evaluate design compliance and commissioning achievements, collating documents for operational manuals.
Requirements:
* Mechanical/Electrical third-level qualification
* Five years' experience in building services coordination
* Previous main contractor experience is preferred, with project experience being ideal
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in relevant software
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
