We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Part-Time Receptionist to join our team for a 6-week temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Your role as the first point of contact for our visitors and internal teams is vital in creating a welcoming environment. You will support our office with key front-of-house duties, including greeting and assisting all visitors, managing phone calls and emails, coordinating access cards, and handling admin tasks.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist all visitors with a professional and friendly welcome
* Manage incoming phone calls and emails efficiently
* Coordinate access cards for visitors and staff
* Handle ad-hoc admin tasks and team requests promptly
* Assist in organizing internal events, such as ordering catering and sports & social prizes
* Support team events and company functions
