We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our clients sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster daily customer engagement through in-person meetings, Zoom, phone calls, and email.
* Record all activities in the CRM and Business Management system.
* Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio while acquiring new clients.
* Oversee project deliverables by coordinating with the production team and suppliers.
* Drive long-term business growth by building relationships with customers and the internal team.
* Identify and pursue leads from various sources, including email outreach and follow-ups.
Requirements:
* A minimum of three years' experience in a similar B2B role, with a proven track record of achieving results.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with a high level of responsiveness and integrity.
* Excellent teamwork, negotiation, influencing, and sales closing abilities.
* Outstanding communication skills, a professional phone manner, and a strong customer focus.
* Driving License/ Car Skills: A bonus but not required.
