Key Responsibilities:
* Craft and present high-quality dishes that reflect our contemporary style and culinary standards.
* Support junior kitchen team members, contributing to their training and development.
* Prepare and cook meals in accordance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
* Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene across all workstations.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning, food prep, and maintaining kitchen excellence.
* Contribute to sustainability by reducing food waste and using resources efficiently.
* Assist in managing stock levels, receiving deliveries, and ensuring compliance with hygiene audits.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality or fast-paced kitchen environment.
* A strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
* A proactive team player with strong communication skills.
* Proven knowledge and adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
* The ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
