Are you a skilled negotiator with a knack for building supplier relationships and driving cost efficiencies? We're looking for a
Procurement Manager
to lead our sourcing strategy, manage a small team, and deliver value across our supply chain operations.
What You'll Do
* Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
* Manage the full procurement cycle — from sourcing and supplier selection to performance tracking and documentation.
* Identify and qualify suppliers that meet quality, cost, delivery, and ESG standards.
* Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve measurable cost savings.
* Engage suppliers early to secure competitive quotes and long-lead materials.
* Monitor market trends to identify cost-reduction and process improvement opportunities.
* Work closely with internal teams to align procurement needs with delivery schedules and logistics.
* Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve any disputes efficiently.
* Use BOM-based tender comparison sheets to present pricing options clearly.
* Mentor and develop procurement team members.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a procurement management role — ideally within
ICT, security, or data cabling

* Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supply chain principles.
* Proficiency in
Google Sheets

Excel

* Leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
