About the Job
The Product Development Manager will lead a team of engineers and technicians to bring projects from Phase 1 to commercialization. This involves partnering with program managers to execute project plans on time and within budget, while meeting or exceeding customer requirements.
1. Partner with Program Managers to deliver project plans on schedule, within budget constraints, meeting or exceeding customer specifications.
2. Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, NPI Engineering, or SMEs in developing innovative manufacturing processes following lean manufacturing principles that satisfy customer needs.
