Job Title: Cash and Payroll administrator
Based: Dublin office (Hybrid)
Reporting to: Payroll Supervisor
Purpose: Responsible for the efforts and results of the cash and payroll sections
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
·Processing of cash reconciliation
·Preparing periodic cash reports
·Liaising with supervisory staff to alert about discrepancies
·Assist Senior Payroll Staff in preparation and processing payroll.
·Maintain confidentiality with employee pay and personnel information
·Support data integrity and preparation of payroll and cash reconciliation information to ensure completeness, accuracy, timeliness of information
·Provide service to employees on payroll related inquiries in a timely manner
·Assist on various ad hoc projects, including communications and follow up with employees
·Perform other related duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
·Excellent proficiency in Excel
·Knowledge of MS Office
·Studying towards professional qualification in payroll or accounting desirable but not essential
·1 - 2 years of experience of working in a busy fast-paced environment office role (administration, payroll, finance)
·Basic knowledge of payroll principles and accounts concepts.

·Candidate will receive on the job training and other specific training, as agreed and required
