Leisure Attendant Opportunity

About the Role:
* Act as the primary point of contact for all members, addressing queries in person, by phone/email
* Ensure seamless operations during opening hours
* Collaborate with the Club Manager in promoting and upselling the club's services
* Assist with general cleaning duties and administrative tasks
* Process membership enquiries and facilitate sales with customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills
* Flexibility in working hours, including mornings/evenings and weekends
* Poll/lifeguard certification and First Aid are essential requirements
* National Certification of Educational Framework (NCEF) qualification or equivalent is mandatory
* Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate a desire for career progression
