We are a premium doctor-led medical aesthetics clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional results in an elegant, welcoming environment. As we relaunch and elevate our brand, we're looking for a polished, professional, and warm individual to be the first face our patients meet.
The Role
As our Front of House Patient Experience Manager, you will create an outstanding patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors. You will be responsible for managing bookings, welcoming patients, supporting the clinical team, and ensuring the smooth running of the clinic day-to-day.
Responsibilities
 * Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
 * Manage bookings, schedules, and patient enquiries (phone/email)
 * Keep reception and waiting areas beautifully presented
 * Handle payments and invoices
 * Support with skincare product sales and stock presentation
 * Provide administrative support to the medical team
About You
 * Polished, professional, and friendly – with a genuine passion for patient care
 * Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
 * Confident with booking systems and general IT (Phorest experience an advantage)
 * Previous experience in front-of-house, luxury hospitality, spa, or clinic setting required (min 1 year experience)
 * Fluent English (spoken and written) essential
